Director of Growth
As Director of Growth, you will be tasked with optimizing our outbound sales strategy, consistently securing new business, and building a national sales team to support RedRover’s expansion into seven key U.S. markets. Reporting to our COO, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our market presence and growth.
Sr Copywriter Memphis / Remote
As a Senior Copywriter, you will blend strategy and creativity to develop content that drives tangible business results for B2B clients across various industries. You’ll be responsible for transforming complex industry insights and value propositions into clear, engaging, and effective content that spans multiple channels.
Senior Manager of Client Outcomes
The Senior Manager of Client Outcomes serves as a key strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, focusing on how results are achieved within marketing plans. This role is critical in driving the execution of the agency’s results guarantee, which directly impacts client retention, brand reputation, and referrals, all of which fuel the growth of the agency. You will take ownership of the shared efforts and skills that create results for clients, identifying areas for efficiency and innovation. As an expert in data, marketing platforms, and the nuances of executing marketing plans, you will be a vital contributor to the agency’s success.
Senior Manager of HR Operations
As our Sr Manager of HR Operations, you’ll take ownership of the core elements that make a productive workforce possible: recruiting, training, human resources, job expectations, payroll, and the tools for success. This role also includes oversight of accounts receivable and payable to ensure financial accuracy that supports our operations. As we expand nationally, this position will also bring exciting growth opportunities, helping to scale our workforce and ensure our high standards are met across a larger footprint.
SEO Specialist
The selected candidate will embrace an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented spirit and contribute daily to the company’s culture and goals in a positive manner. A strong work ethic and desire to help others succeed will be present in successful candidates, as will a desire to be part of a growing, high-performance company. Experience with B2B clients in the following industries is not required, though a plus: Manufacturing, Logistics and Industrial.
PPC Specialist
Successful candidates will have a portfolio of past PPC campaigns with documented outcomes, a thorough understanding of available optimizations, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working with data and analytics tools. Strong candidates will have proven ability to be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on-time and within budget.
