Account Director
The Account Director leads and grows key client relationships while serving as a strategic advisor on B2B marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring clear communication, alignment with business goals, and strong performance outcomes. The Account Director also supports account growth by identifying new opportunities, building trust with senior stakeholders, and providing leadership that drives long-term client success.
Freelance
We are building a network of talented freelance professionals to support our growing client and internal teams. This includes Strategists, Market Researchers, Survey Analysts, and Data Analysts, along with Creative and Technical Copywriters, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Web Developers at both junior and senior levels, Public Relations professionals, Social Coordinators, and Project Managers. Account Manager
The Account Manager is a proactive relationship builder and execution partner—supporting the strategy while ensuring flawless follow-through. Working alongside Senior Account Managers and Directors, this role helps translate marketing strategies into action, maintains consistent client communication, and monitors performance to keep growth on track. The Account Manager builds trust with stakeholders, prepares clear reporting and recommendations, and identifies new opportunities within existing accounts. Detail-oriented, accountable, and driven, this role embodies RedRover’s “no surprises” standard—owning commitments, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to measurable client results.
Senior Strategist
The Senior Strategist is the architect behind RedRover’s GO Plans—owning the research, thinking, and growth logic that drives measurable results. This role leads hands-on buyer and market research, translates insights into multi-year growth roadmaps, and presents defensible strategy directly to executive teams. Managing multiple strategic engagements at once, the Senior Strategist coordinates cross-functional pods while remaining the strategic anchor long after the plan is delivered—protecting ROI logic, ensuring execution aligns to the vision, and holding growth outcomes accountable.
