All roles at RedRover are fully remote. Our production, research, strategy, shared services, Account Director, and Regional Sales Executive teams work remotely and are not required to be based near a physical office.
Director of Digital
The Director of Digital leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs across paid media, SEO, and digital experiences. This role is responsible for driving performance through rigorous testing, data-driven insights, and continuous optimization while ensuring alignment with client goals and guaranteed outcomes. The Director of Digital also manages and mentors a multidisciplinary team, partners closely with strategy and creative leaders, and plays a key role in advancing the agency’s digital capabilities and innovation.
Account Manager
The Account Director leads and grows key client relationships while serving as a strategic advisor on B2B marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring clear communication, alignment with business goals, and strong performance outcomes. The Account Director also supports account growth by identifying new opportunities, building trust with senior stakeholders, and providing leadership that drives long-term client success.
PPC Specialist
Successful candidates will have a portfolio of past PPC campaigns with documented outcomes, a thorough understanding of available optimizations, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working with data and analytics tools. Strong candidates will have proven ability to be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on-time and within budget.

We are building a network of talented freelance professionals to support our growing client and internal teams. This includes Strategists, Market Researchers, Survey Analysts, and Data Analysts, along with Creative and Technical Copywriters, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Web Developers at both junior and senior levels, Public Relations professionals, Social Coordinators, and Project Managers.
