In this four-hour private session, our team will conduct a marketing: (1) audit, (2) competitive assessment, (3) team assessment. You will leave this session with clarity about the performance of your marketing strategy compared to your competitors and industry benchmarks, and how well your marketing team (internal or external) is performing.You will have a bit of pre-work in advance of this session – predominantly providing access to your website analytics, social and email platforms, any marketing scorecards, etc. As soon as this information is provided, we’ll book your Clarity Assessment which kicks off with a two-hour fact-finding call with two members of RedRover’s strategy team. The RedRover team will then go to work conducting your custom analysis and will reconvene with you for two hours at the end of the day to review the findings in a custom report developed just for you.
