RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy MacBook Pro Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility for Prize Draw: This giveaway is open exclusively to individuals who have received this survey via email from RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy. Entry into the draw will be activated once a minimum of 385 completed and qualified responses are received from this specific email list. Entries from other survey sources or respondents not part of the designated email list will not be considered for this giveaway.

Prize: The prize consists of one (1) MacBook Pro (“Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected randomly from among all eligible survey respondents once the minimum response threshold is met. The selection process will be conducted by RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy, whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

Notification: The winner will be notified via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Rights Reserved: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy’s control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, or, at our sole discretion, the equivalent cash value of the prize.

Liability: RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any prize winner as a result of accepting and/or using the prize, to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Data Protection and Privacy: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy’s use of their personal data for the purposes of administering this giveaway.

Governing Law: This giveaway is subject to the laws of the state of Tennessee and is void where prohibited by law.
