Expansion Planning & Memphis Growth Commitment

Today, RedRover announced the next phase of the agency’s growth plan: new geographic markets, which will be supported by an increasing staff size in the Memphis headquarters.

Geographic expansion is likely to focus on other southern-region cities of comparable size and make-up to the Memphis business community. To execute the expansion, RedRover will carry out the same protocol for “Growth Optimization” plan development that the firm delivers for clients.

Expansion decisions will be grounded in an exploratory process, from which data and findings are tailored into a detailed implementation framework with realistic projections, specific milestones and regular metrics.

Memphis will remain home to the headquarters and core centralized operations, such as content production, design and accounting. Local headcount will expand as the growth plan is executed, with growth projections showing increased Memphis staffing in the not-too-distant future.

In fact, in a recent negotiation led by Alex Stringfellow of Colliers International (on behalf of RedRover), the agency’s headquarters space in the Hertz Investment Group-managed Falls Building was renewed under lease terms that are favorable for a quick rise in headcount on the same floor RedRover currently occupies in this historic landmark office building.

“Five years ago, we tailored our Falls Building space into a custom design for our team. Downtown is home,” says Lori Turner-Wilson, our founder & CEO.“Our roots will never be lifted from Memphis, but as a growth-minded company it’s natural for us to start looking at additional yards to play in to complement what we started here in Memphis nearly 13 years ago.”
