How We Hire

Putting People First

Our goal is to create a candidate-centric and positive experience through the interview process. That starts by our team’s commitment to swiftly processing your application. If you are a fit for a current opening, you will hear from our pack within approximately two working days from application submission. Our goal is then to move you through the interview process in approximately two weeks. 

When you apply for a position at RedRover, you will receive an immediate thank you email which will contain a link to our Culture Index survey. The Culture Index motto is “Putting People First,” and that’s exactly what we strive to do from the very beginning. We work to put the right people in the right seats by assessing the needs of each role AND how likely our candidates are to be satisfied and successful filling those needs. 

Once you are identified as a Culture Index match for the applied for role, you will go through a multi-stage interview process that typically includes: three to four interviews with our Talent Acquisition Manager, the hiring manager for the role, a small panel, and our CEO. Once interviews are completed, we do not leave you hanging. We strive to provide candidates who have interviewed with the status of their candidacy within less than a week of their final interview.
